These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Define IPR Solutions website and our intellectual property, legal, and registration services. By accessing our website, submitting enquiries, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services We Provide
- Trademark registration, oppositions, renewals, and related proceedings
- Patent filing support, specifications, examination responses, and prosecution
- Copyright registration and protection services
- Company registrations (Pvt. Ltd., LLP, OPC), MSME, GST, FSSAI
- Legal documents, agreements, franchise documentation, compliance filings
Service Fees & Payment
All fees are exclusive of applicable government fees, statutory charges, and taxes which shall be payable additionally. We provide detailed fee quotes based on service scope and complexity. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other secure methods indicated in our invoice.
50% advance payment is required to commence work, with balance payable upon service delivery or as per mutually agreed milestones. All payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, documents, and responses required for service delivery. You warrant that all submitted materials do not infringe third-party rights and are legally compliant.
Delays in providing information or approvals may result in corresponding delays in service timelines and government filing deadlines.
No Guarantee of Success
We provide professional services with due skill and care but make no guarantee regarding government approval, registration success, or specific outcomes. All government decisions are independent and beyond our control.
Liability Limitation
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or business opportunities.
Termination
Either party may terminate services upon written notice subject to payment of fees for work completed. Upon termination, we shall deliver all completed work product subject to final payment clearance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
